In recent years, researchers at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Gadjah Mada University have carried out intensive research related to the selection of indigenous probiotic strains and their potential in Indonesia. This research was also conducted in conjunction with gut microbiota, so that the direct benefits of probiotics can be immediately recognized. The new knowledge about gut microbiota and probiotics, needs to be disseminated to the wider community, so that they can really understand about probiotics and microorganisms that exist and grow in our intestines, as well as the benefits of consuming live microorganisms. From this event, we expect that it can provide information directly to the public about probiotics, gut microbiota and their benefits.
